Shipping and Delivery
1. Shipping and handling fees
Shipping fee: 770 yen (tax included) nationwide
Cash on delivery fee: 330 yen (tax included) nationwide
*An additional fee will be charged only to those who choose cash on delivery.
2. About Shipping
Yamato Transport Co., Ltd.
We usually ship within 5 days of receiving your order.
However, in some areas, delivery may be delayed due to a large number of orders or weather conditions. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day. Delivery may also take longer depending on stock levels. Please note that we cannot accept delivery dates during long holidays.
Delivery is limited to within Japan.
*If the delivery was made while you were away
A delivery slip will be placed in your mailbox by Yamato Transport.
Please check the details of the delivery slip and contact Yamato Transport to arrange a redelivery date.
Please note that after the storage period has expired, the item will be automatically returned to us and the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
The customer will also be responsible for shipping and handling fees for redelivery of the automatically returned item.
The delivery address cannot be changed once the product has been delivered.
Please be aware of this.
3. About international shipping
Direct shipping to overseas from beautiful people online store is available here.
If you use tenso.com, returns are not possible, and shipping costs for defective product exchanges will be borne by our company only within Japan. Please note that we will not cover shipping costs between overseas and Japan.
About gift wrapping
If you would like your item wrapped, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Returns and exchanges
Please note that we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations of purchased items due to customer convenience.
Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds on sale items.
In the following cases caused by our company, we will generally exchange the product within 7 days of receipt.
- If the delivered product is defective
- If the product is dirty or damaged
- If the product you received is different from the product you ordered
However, please note that if the item you wish to exchange is out of stock, we may refund the product price.
We will cover the shipping costs for returns due to defective or incorrect products.
In addition, we will not accept returns in the following cases:
- In case of exchange or return due to customer's convenience (wrong color, wrong size, etc.)
- If you have used it even once
- If damage or scratches occur due to customer's fault
- If the product tag has been removed
- If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived
- Other cases in which we determine that we cannot accept returns or exchanges

We cannot accept items that have not been purchased at our shop, so please bring them to the store where you made the purchase.
About receipts
Receipts cannot be issued from the beautiful people online store.
Please note that if you pay by credit card, the statement issued by the credit card company will serve as a receipt, and if you pay by cash on delivery, the delivery slip will serve as a receipt.
Please note that if the orderer and the delivery address are different, the delivery note and tag will not be included.
