Arrival dates vary depending on the product, so it is difficult to give definite delivery dates.
On the pre-order item page, we are offering pre-orders for items that are close to arriving, so please use that as well.
We also send out email newsletters with information about new product arrivals, so please be sure to sign up.
The color is different from what I saw on the website
Please note that due to the nature of computers and mobile devices, the product images may differ slightly from the actual colors.
The colour of the images is not considered to be due to our company.
Can it be repaired?
We will accept returns for beautiful people products for a fee, regardless of where you purchased them, whether that be through a direct store or wholesaler.
If you have any questions, please contact the store where you purchased the product or contact us using our inquiry form .
Please note that we may not be able to repair the item depending on the condition of the item or the changes that have occurred over time.

What are points?
If you register as a member and shop at the beautiful people ONLINE SHOP, you will receive 1% of the purchase price as points.
Points will be awarded one month after delivery is completed.
You can use 1 point = 1 yen for your next purchase. Please note that points will not be awarded for consumption tax, shipping fees, cash on delivery fees, etc.

Returns and Exchanges
For products purchased at the beautiful people ONLINE SHOP, we cannot accept any returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations due to customer convenience.
If you return a product without contacting us, or if you refuse to accept the product and return or cancel it, we may refuse to accept your future orders.
If the product is defective or has been shipped incorrectly due to our fault, we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receiving the product.

Can I ship overseas?
Click here to send directly from the beautiful people online shop to overseas. If you use tenso.com, returns are not possible, and shipping fees for defective product exchanges will be borne by our company only within Japan. Please note that we will not cover shipping fees between overseas and domestic destinations.
I want to change my payment method
Please note that we cannot change the payment method after the order has been confirmed.
My item hasn't arrived

Please note that we may not be able to deliver pre-ordered items on the date and time you request.
Inquiries received on weekends, holidays, or during summer and winter holidays will be handled on the next business day or after the holiday.
Can I issue a receipt?
Receipts cannot be issued from beautiful people ONLINE SHOP.
If paying by credit card, please refer to the statement issued by each credit card company.
Please note that in the case of cash on delivery, the delivery slip provided at the time of delivery will serve as a receipt.
I haven't received an order completion email
Although the order completion email is sent automatically, the email address you entered when placing the order may be different.
Please contact us via the inquiry form.
If your email settings are set to spam or receive emails, your email may not arrive.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please set your email settings to allow reception from the domain info@beautiful-people.jp.
Also, for those who use Gmail, in rare cases, emails may be sorted into a different tab such as "Spam" or "Promotions" instead of the inbox, so please check the following Gmail settings.
Regarding incomplete orders and payment processing
In both cases, your order has not been completed because the credit card payment has not been approved.
We are unable to verify your card information regarding personal information.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make sure that the card information you entered is correct and check your card usage status before making your purchase again.
I want to change the delivery date and time
Please note that we cannot change the date and time after an order has been confirmed.
Please make the changes yourself using the tracking number provided in the delivery completion email.
